RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of the buyer having received the product according to the tracking information and after having been approved by us.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return tracking should be provided to us and the item should be shipped back within 5 days of having been approved by our team. 

A REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF THE BUYER DOES NOT ADHERE TO THE AFOREMENTIONED TIME FRAMES.

*We are not held responsible if the package gets lost, held or re-routed in the return transit.
